We ship all over the world with priority mail/carrier. Italy (3-4 working days). Worldwide ( 6-7 working days)

Returns
Maiden-Art guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return.

If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from Maiden-art Online Store for a different size or color please follow these instructions:

1. Place the items you wish to return in a box
2. You must include your return receipt
3. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction
4. Send to the following address:

You are responsible for return postage. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking service. Maiden-art is not responsible for lost shipments, and cannot accept shipments sent freight collect.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to your billing address. Please send an e-mail to: sales@maiden-art.com to place your new order.
